The internet has changed the way a person embraces extremism, and a panel discussion with Muslim activists, researchers, and Imams convened in Northern Virginia on Mayb 28, 2013 to examine the issue.

The Islamic Circle of North America masjid (ICNA) in Alexandria, VA hosted an Open House and appreciation dinner on May 18th, 2013. The masjid was completed and inaugurated earlier this year.

According to the masjid administration, over the past few months the security staff has found evidence that unauthorized persons entered the property at night and left trash.
