Zakat Foundation of America volunteers served neighbors in need an All American Muslim Halal BBQ at America's Heritage Museum on the fourth of July as part of Zakat Foundation campaign to feed 5000 people during the month of Ramadan. This will now be an annual event. "We wait for Ramadan to get a great meal," stated a recipient in the neighborhood. Iftar was served to 85 Muslims after the BBQ.
