“Mountain Strong: Patience into Practice”
August 8th, 2009
Boys Ages 10 – 13

Not only will your child experience activities to build their Islamic identity, but also they will be exposed to several key concepts related to patience and perseverance. Based on the Quran and Sunnah, this leadership retreat for pre-teens provides an opportunity for youth to develop in their deen and put it into practice.

Activities:
Mountain Hiking, Swimming, BBQ, Soccer, Ramadan Prep Camp, Team Activities, Group Competitions, Quizes,  Group Discussions

Location:
Shenandoah Region, VA

Fees:
$40 per person before July 27th, $55 after July 27th, limited financial aid available for eligible participants. Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, leadership booklets/handouts, certificates of attendance
