Communications is a key component of effective leadership. Islamic Leadership Institute of America is holding a national writing competition. The competition is to promote effective writing skills and abilities for youth and adults. How does the competition work? Two simple steps. A. Write a letter to one of the following three addressees: 1. President Obama on increase in hijab airport issues 2. Judge Richard Berman on Aafia Siddiqui’s strip search 3. Congress or Senate elected official on Patriot Reform Act B.
