 Indian Muslim Council - USA, a non-profit advocacy group dedicated to protecting the rights of minorities and promoting pluralism, presents a lecture and discussion on “Impunity and the Struggle for Justice in India”.
The meeting will include a presentation and provide a community update on our most recent campaign for implementation of the Ravi Chander Report investigating the illegal arrests and torture of Muslim youth in India. There will be an open discussion on how to replicate similar campaigns in other parts of India.
Indian Muslim Council-USA is the largest advocacy organization of Indian Muslims in the United States with 10 chapters across the nation. IMC-USA is a Washington, D.C. registered non-profit 501(C)(3) tax-exempt organization established in August 2002.
