| Come Join Us in Celebration of African American History Month. The Embassy of Gambia and Guinea will present their countries’ history, culture, networking opportunities in business and cultural tourism. Invited embassies are the Embassy of Senegal, Embassy of Guinea, and the Embassy of Gambia. Professor Nyang, will speak on the history and narratives of Muslims among the African American experience, and on some of the places from where the Muslims came from in West Africa- from 2:00-3:30 pm. Your Donation is welcomed at all programs at the Museum. America's Islamic Heritage Museum is on the Green line- Anacostia metro stop.
