| The PGMA Youth Group is presenting a special educational forum for parents and older children, on the viewing of explicit content and its addictive effects,
and the Islamic perspective on this subject. We'll tackle this topic with PGMA Imam Dr. Ahmad Azzaari', Sarah Yazback, family counselor and educational psychologist and Zeyad Ramadan, counselor and founder of Purify Your Gaze. Due to limited space for this event, only 70 attendees will be admitted, on a first come-first served basis. Please come on time. Please note the following rules: No children below age 13 will be admitted. Children between ages 13 and 17 will only be admitted with written proof of parental consent. Babysitting will be provided on-site for $5/child.

I, the undersigned, am fully aware of the nature of the event on 3/17/13, A Gaze Unguarded. I am giving my child, who is between the ages of 13 and 17, permission to attend this event at PGMA with or without my presence. I understand that after the event, I am responsible for any questions my child may ask about sex in Islam and the sex industry, and I am prepared to answer these questions myself or seek the help of one of the event speakers to provide the most Islamic, educated answer possible.
