Job Description
MASCC is looking for a full-time qualified Quranic Institute Director who has experience, passion, leadership, and skills to lead the Quranic Institute and expand its programs.
Responsibilities
o Participate in the planning and implementation of the Institute’s goals and objectives
o Participate in the development of the Institute’s programs to meet the needs of the various segments and age groups within the community
o Teach classes under the various programs and prepare lesson plans, tests, and grading.
o Act as a substitute teacher as needed
o Act as a curriculum advisor and support the Institute’s teachers’ team by providing training and guidance as needed
o Participate in the recruitment of new teachers and conduct interviews as part of the Institute’s hiring committee
o Attend periodical team meetings and provide feedback on the implementation of the Institute’s objectives and day to day activities
o Maintain a healthy, positive teamwork environment and build strong parent-teacher / student-teacher partnerships

Qualifications
o Hafiz of Quran
o Masters rules of Tajweed, recitation, and Tafseer
o Knowledge of Islamic Jurisdiction, Fiqh, and, Sirah
o Charismatic personality
o Able to develop programs for different ages
o Arabic Communication Skills
o English Communication Skills
