Muslim Community Center Medical Clinic & Washington Adventist Hospital Adventist Behavioral Health Invites You To The 1st Annual Women’s Health Fair. Education & Screening Booths from 10:00AM – 12:00PM Osteoporosis Screening, Clinical Breast Screening, Blood Pressure, Stress Management Information, Flu Shot (Flu shot vaccine cost $25 and it is free for those who have Medicaid eligibility card), Physical Therapy, Nutrition Information, Prevention and Fighting Obesity, Diabetic Education, Mental Wellness Information. Presentations from 12:00PM – 2:00PM Women Wellness Program - by Dr. Uma Ramakrishna; Healthy Family and Healthy Community – by Razia Kosi, LCSW-C; Breast Cancer Symptoms and Signs – by Mary Joseph RN, BC, CPHQ. Participants: Sports And Orthopedic Therapy Services, Montgomery Coalition for Adult English Literacy(MCAEL), Primary Care Coalition (PCC), Montgomery County Asian American Health Initiative, Washington Adventist Hospital, Adventist Behavioral Health, Counselors Helping (South) Asians / Indians (CHAI), Tai Sophia Institute and other community partners. Bake Sale: your participation and donation will support the Women Wellness Program at the MCC Medical Clinic. Free Transportation: Montgomery County Muslim Foundation (MCMF) will provide free transportation. Bus Schedule: 9:00AM - Silver Spring Metro Station; 9:30AM - White Oak Shopping Center.
