Fasting is the one act of worship wherein the believer gives up his most basic needs and urges for a lengthy period of time as a form of worship of Allah.

We must be determined to make the best use of Ramadan by the will of The Most Gracious. Do not let its days slip by like any other days.

‘Life happens’, so whatever we work on consciously from now on will be crucial for healthy habit building and true facilitation for Ramadan.
