In the year 1924, the Islamic Khilafah became abolished. That was the Ottoman empire, which ruled for almost 500 years. Before them you had other Khilafahs that ruled the entire Muslim Ummah. This was a continuation of the Khilafah after the death of the Prophet Sallallahu 'alyhi wa sallam.

It’s the morning after Ramadan.

This Ramadan a lot of us will no doubt be increasing the amount of Qur?n we read, recite and reflect upon. A sad reality is, however, many of us may be losing out on multiplying and maximising the blessings and benefits we receive from doing this action, as well as others.

The month of Shawwâl is singled out for the observance of extra fasts, since this month follows immediately after Ramadan.

The fasting person has a golden moment where their every request will be accepted. A moment which is so precious that the invocation of any one of us can be elevated to the invocation of the just ruler.
